The Management of AMR ANAGRAMAS METALICOS, S.L. a company engaged in: “Manufacture of Metal Logo Badges, Adhesive and Textile Labels for furniture, upholstery and the automotive industry”, “Design and Manufacture of souvenir items such as magnets and wooden and resin signs” and “Sale of personalised souvenirs” through this quality policy, aims to set out the company's main guidelines in order to:

  • Ensure continuous improvement of the service provided, always meeting the requirements of interested parties as well as any applicable regulatory and/or legal requirements.
  • Provide a framework for setting and reviewing quality objectives.
  • Ensure our interested parties perceive and value our continuous improvement.
  • Achieve a high level of loyalty among our interested parties.

To this end, and always with reference to the Quality Management System, the following guidelines are established:

  • Management is committed to complying with the Quality Policy and objectives, to LEADING the development and implementation of the Management System and to always seeking the path towards continuous improvement of its effectiveness.
  • All staff must comply with the provisions of the manuals and procedures, always acting with risk assessment in mind.
  • Ongoing contact with interested parties, to understand their needs and adapt to them, building a relationship that helps both sides improve.
  • Increase the level of training of our staff and provide the resources and tools needed to properly carry out their duties and responsibilities, thereby contributing to achieving quality objectives and improving the services we provide.
  • A process risk assessment methodology is used to prevent possible deviations or nonconformities in the quality management system.
  • We foster a culture focused on the continuous improvement of processes, services and products, using performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and apply corrective and preventive actions.


In addition, as part of our commitment to sustainability, we have a solar photovoltaic system that generates clean energy, reducing our dependence on non-renewable sources. We also promote the efficient use of this energy across all our operations.

The Management of AMR ANAGRAMAS METALICOS, S.L. signs this policy and undertakes to maintain it and to make its content available to the general public.
